You may return any purchased unit(s) of CelleRx for a full refund or exchange as long as your return meets the following criteria:
1) The untampered units are in their original packaging
2) Eligible product is returned at the expense of the Buyer.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To complete a return, call 877-CELLERX (877-235-5379), or email CustomerSupport@CelleRx.com, and a customer service representative will assist you. Please include your order number.

Please include or be prepared to provide your order number and a short description of the problem. You may be eligible to receive a full refund or exchange.

For refunds, we will credit your account less the original shipment charges within 21 business days for the entire product amount. For product exchanges, your request will be processed within 3-5 business days and the new product will be shipped using standard shipping methods.
